1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The item purchased was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.

The service or event was canceled by Black Theater Tribe.

A digital product was not delivered as promised, and technical support was unable to resolve the issue.
Refund requests outside of these conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
2. Physical Products

Return Window: Returns for physical products are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are non-refundable:

Perishable goods.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized items.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloads, memberships, or courses), refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to technical errors.

The product is significantly different from its description.
Process:

Submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase.

Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.

Refunds for digital products will be issued if the request meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Event Tickets

Cancellations by Black Theater Tribe: If we cancel an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.

Cancellations by Attendees: Refunds for attendee cancellations are only available if requested at least 7 days prior to the event. A processing fee may apply.

No-Shows: Refunds are not available for no-shows.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
